The PPO pays 90% of your medical bills beyond the deductible if you stay within the network and does not require that you select a primary care physician or get a referral before seeing a specialist.
Dental Insurance – Depending on the procedure, our dental insurance pays 50-100% of the cost of your dental procedure beyond a small deductible. You can choose any dentist you wish.
Prescriptions – Pay minimal co-payments at the pharmacy or order prescriptions through the mail with our prescription plan.
Employee Assistance Program – EAP is offered to Executive Management Group employees in addition to benefits offered through our medical insurance program. We are registered with the Workers Assistance Program, a confidential forum for employees and their families dealing with personal issues.
