Outsourcing

Imagine the overhead costs that could be saved by streamlining your organization’s “non-core” Human Resource functions to an organization whose “core” function is the embodiment of the very services Executive Management Group offers. The benefits of outsourcing are seemingly endless.

 

Outsourcing a part or all of the Human Resources function provides your company with the benefit of spending more time on “core” functions, such as the sale and/or marketing of your company’s products or services. Additionally, it provides the added benefit of decreasing costs through a reduction in overhead by eliminating “cost centers” in your Human Resources department, allowing your company to more effectively and appropriately allocate more resources to “profit centers.”

 

This solution, which Executive Management Group refers to as a “Managed Agency Agreement” or MAA, is, essentially, the outsourcing of the recruiting function from a company’s Human Resources Department to us. In turn, employers may focus on their core function(s), generate less paperwork and develop a single point of contact they can trust, and ultimately reduce overhead costs. Expenses related to the participation of job fairs, agency search, and managing the overall recruiting process (including assessment, testing, references, and background checks) are consolidated and reduced.
